By accepting these terms you acknowledge that:

You are the legal owner of the laptop, and you accept the amount offered for your laptop.

All information you have provided about your laptop is accurate. If upon the inspection it appears that the information you have provided is not accurate we reserve the right to contact you to renegotiate the offer.

Personal information you have provided (i.e. your name and your mailing address) is accurate and is going to be used to send packaging and the payment in form of company check. Check will be mailed to you within 24 hours upon your laptop's arrival at our location.

If GCFL receives a laptop that is a different brand/model than the information submitted during an online order and GCFL is currently not offering money for this laptop. GCFL will recycle the laptop at no charge to seller. Seller is responsible for return shipping in this circumstance if seller request the laptop back.

You agree to ship your laptop within 10 days of receiving pre-paid label via postal service or e-mail. If shipping is delayed the quote may no longer be honored.

Does your screen remain black after laptop powers on?
If the answer is "yes" to any of these questions - your screen has a defect, please check the appropriate checkbox.

Defective motherboard.
When a computer powers on you can see running numbers and letters representing the result of several internal tests laptop performs and the image of the operating system interface appearing on the screen. Failure to power on properly or intermediate powering on (sometimes powers on, sometimes doesn't or shuts off unexpectedly during the process of powering on) is more likely a sign of dead or dying motherboard, which is considered a serious problem.
